Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The dielectric tube method, which has been proposed as a complex permittivity measurement method for liquid materials, is applied to semisolid materials, and complex permittivity of biological tissues are measured. Specimens were pork, chicken, egg, clam, milk and avocado. It turned out that the dominant factor which determines the complex permittivity of biological tissues is the ratio of fat and water.
