| 抄録(和) | 社会が急激に多様化する中で、信頼性研究も大きく変化し始めている。従来のreliabilityに加えて、trust, relianceなどの言葉が重要視されるようになってきた。本文では、信頼性の研究の変化を引き起こしている社会的背景を考え、信頼性の研究で、これまでの技術的システムの中で要素として考慮されてきた人間が、評価者として考慮される状況となってきていることを指摘する。すなわち、従来の信頼性が、市場経済論を基本としたモノづくりを背景に発達してきたのに対し、今後要望される信頼性は、このような市場が形成する価値観に立脚するのではなく、技術者が創造する価値を顧客に理解させ、その価値を共有できる顧客をグループ化し、新しい市場として構築してゆくマーケッティング技術として重要な役割を果たすと期待されることを述べ、そのためには、新しい方法論の開発が重要であると指摘した。 |
| 抄録(英) | With the quickly growing diversification, new terms such as trust, reliance, etc are noted as the words that will encompass the broadening area of reliability. This paper first describes the social background which triggers this change in reliability research and practice. Then, it is pointed out that human element becomes crucial in the broadening reliability area, as evaluation, not as an element in engineering systems. It is further pointed out that the traditional reliability is product-based and market driven. But from now on, engineers must make efforts to let their potential customers understand and evaluate the value of products they create and group them together into a new market. Thus, reliability engineering will be putting a new role as one of the most potential marketing methodologies and to achieve this goal, development of new approaches are needed in this field. |
