Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes some practical design for the communication applications of the in-vehicle equipment to safety, efficiency, and the entertainment, based on some driving conditions and describes some field experiments. The co-existence of various applications is presumed, and the communication scenarios in consideration of the communication quality are proposed as a communication control technique. The experiments were conducted on a test track by simulating the communication scenarios on an expressway and at an intersection to investigate the feasibility of some communication applications with in-vehicle equipment.
