Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The pakcet loss and transmission delay is inavoidable on the Internet infrastructure using packet exchange form. Therefore, when a real-time video streaming is performed, "buffer under run" in the receiving node which influence the movie quality happens. In this research, the sender node performs appropriate flow control for the management of buffering in the receiving node. The sender node negotiates the receiving node, and changes the packet flow type according to the network state and buffering state in the receiving node. Through the realization of this research, the reliance on the quality of a real time video streaming can be improved.
