| Abstract(in English) | This paper studies and discusses the status of current broadband Internet in Japan, while considering the technical issues, that we must challenge. Particularly , in the paper, three topics are discussed; (1) Traffic volume and pattern of Japanese broadband Internet, (2) the architecture and technical issue of VoIP/SIP service and NGN, (3) Some demonstrations using 10Gbps class global R&D network. |
