| Abstract(in English) | We have developed Victims Information Registration and Retrieval System (IAA system), and also had been applied it to real disasters including Niigata-ken Chuuetsu earthquake. Researches for local governments were also conducted in order to estimate demands for safety information services. As a result, we found local governments have potential demands for safety information services, and they attach greater importance to full-time services and security measures. |
