Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper evaluates the effects on imbalance of delay and bandwidth for subjective quality of three-point video conference. Subjective assessment tests show that the imbalance of delay was an important factor affecting subjective quality. However, subjective quality could be improved to give the additional delay at MCU for keeping the delay balance between every two points. The tests also show that the overall video quality of the different two video quality was almost the same as the lower video quality. Therefore, the bandwidth between every two points should be set equal to the narrowest.
