Abstract(in English) | This report presents experimental results of the performance of RVTR, which was proposed by the authors, over the Internet. RVTR is an enhanced virtual-time rendering media synchronization scheme with retransmission-based error recovery. This report first describes technical issues for applying RVTR to audio-video transmission over the Internet. Also, its performance including media synchronization quality was measured by experiment. |
