Abstract(in English) In recent years, to improve traffic condition that degrades seriously with uncreasing venicular traffic, Inter Vehicle Communication System have been developed remarkably in the Intelligent Transport System (ITS). For this, they are paying attention to Spread Spectrum Communication as communication system in ITS. In this paper, we propose broadcast type protocol for the purpose establishment of link for Inter Communication.
