| 抄録(和) | 本論文では,静的逆最適化問題に用いた従来型の2次評価関数に一次項を加えて,現実のデータが与えられた場合,それを最適とする評価関数を求めるネットワーク学習方法を提案する。この解法において,多量データに適用するための属性最小値によるパレート最適解を求めるアルゴリズムを提案する。これにより少ない計算回数でデータ集合からパレート最適解と不等式制約条件を定めることができる。計算機実験においてネットワーク学習で定まった評価関数の特徴を検討し,本提案の有効性を実証した。また東京などの賃貸住宅データを用いて,賃貸住宅の入居者の評価基準における潜在的な要因を解釈した。 |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we propose a novel approach to solve inverse static optimization problems using the neural network learning with a quadratic criterion function which includes linear form. In the approach, an algorithm of deciding the pareto solutions with minimum value in attributes is proposed to apply it to a large quatity of data. The pareto solutions in data set and the inequality conditions can be decided by the algorithm in the less calculation times. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method, Some simulation experiments were carried out, and the character of the criterion function decided by network learning was examined. The latent factor in deciding standard of tenants was interpreted to some rental residence data in Tokyo, etc.. |
