| 抄録(和) | セルラ通信システムでは,ハンドオフ時に移動先のセルに空き通信回線が無いと強制切断されてしまう.これを防止するため,ハンドオフ呼に優先権を与えることで,通信中の強制切断率を減少させる検討が行われている.本報告では,ハンドオフ制御時の回線ブロック率を計測し,この計測値をもとにハンドオフ用回線数を変化させるハンドオフ優先制御方式を提案し,再呼を考慮した場合のトラヒック特性を再呼がない場合と比較しながら評価した.その結果,セル内で通信中の移動局平均移動速度の変化による影響を緩和できることを示した. |
| 抄録(英) | In cellular communication systems, a call in progress will be forcefully terminated, if a communication channel cannot be obtained in the next cell when a handoff is initiated. To prevent this, an approach has been studied of giving priority to handoff calls when the channels are allocated so as to reduce the probability of forced termination of calls in progress during handoff at the cost of blocking probability. This paper proposes the handoff priority control scheme which changes the number of channels reserved for a handoff on the basis of measurement of channel block rate in handoff control and evaluate the traffic characteristic taking reattempt calls into account. The results show that the proposal scheme can mitigate the effect of a change of average terminal speed of calls in progress. |
