Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Since a public key protocol is generally slow, the fast-public-key scheme without the power function is proposed by Itoh, Okamoto and Mambo. However this protocol has such a problem on security as the restricted key size. In this paper, we propose a fast and high security public key encryption using the trapdoor with a discrete logarithm problem over composite number modulus proposed by Kobayashi.
