Several Methods for Realizing New Public Key Cryptosystems

Abstract(in English) Recently present authors proposed a new public key cryptosystem, referred to as home-page cryptosystem (HP cryptosystem), where each entity can freely choose a random set of public keys among overwhelming amount of combinations of public keys. In this paper, we present two methods for realizing the HP cryptosystem. We first present HP cryptosystem based on multi-adic numbers. We then present another HP cryptosystem based on chinese remainder theorem. We finally discuss on the security of the proposed HP cryptosystems.
