Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a method for realizing biquadratic current transfer functions using four nullator-norators and eight grounded passive elements. The circuits are derived from eight sets of circuit equations by using nullator-norator technique. The nullator-norator circuit derived from Eq.(2) has at least 9 possible realizations. The derived circuits can realize lowpass, bandpass, highpass, notch and functions. The circuits have high output impedances and permit orthogonal adjustment of quality factor Q and ω_0. Use of grounded capacitors are suitable for integrated implementation.
