Abstract(in English) Today's network, which has evolved on the fixed telephone network platform, requires a new platform / architecture to accommodate the surge in Internet traffic. This paper considers the essential requirements of the next generation network and proposes a network architecture that satisfies these requirements. And the paper proposes a network resource control system that opens the network function to users(information providers and end users)to serve as a platform for creating new network businesses. The paper then describes the methodology and technology for realizing the converged routing of different networks such as a fixed telephone network, a mobile telecommunications network, and the Internet. Finally, we compare service nodes architectures, the key of network architecture, and present a node system that provides the aforementioned converged routing.
