Abstract(in English) We introduced a dynamic rate control into the ATM exchange machine which is made by NEC to realize a rate guarantee and the distribution of the excess rate. This control method has the following characteristic. (1)The control method can do fair share of the rate guarantee and the excess rate every VC. (2)The method can guarantee a rate every class which is based on QoS. In this report, it makes a simulation model in case of the dynamic rate control and it reports the result to have verified a thing with the characteristic of the above-mentioned dynamic rate control whether or not which is actually realized by the computer simulation.
