Abstract(in English) We have developed the YF_3:Gd, Pr Phosphor shows a UV emission under 172nm excitation. The UV Emission is originated from Gd^<3+> ions. The photoluminescence (PL) intensity of YF_3:Gd, Pr is about 10 times of those of UV Phosphors.
