Abstract(in English) | To transmit video in the network where QoS is not guaranteed, the synchronous control and bitrate control of video data are necessary. In this paper, first, we analyzed relation between bitrate and distortion. Then, we proposed bandwidth allocation method for MPEG video data streams which share same channel. The computer simulation shows that the proposed bandwidth allocation method can decrease distortion of video signal. Further, the scheduling algorithm of bandwidth allocation is proposed for storage video which consists of many scenes. |
