Abstract(in English) An AWG-based thermo-optic wavelength tunable filter module has been fabricated using silicone resin. The module was operated as a filter with 3.6-4.1 dB insertion loss and 10-nm tunability. A feedback system enabled us to control the loss variation below 10 % by adjusting the device temperature.
