Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This study purpose is the capturing the motion of some sarcomeres of a contracting whole muscle. For this purpose, we constructed the experimental system which tests contraction and measured some sarcomere lengthes of a resting muscel bundle under the epi-illumiantion type polarization microscope with the wavlet transform. With this system, we measured some sarcomere lengthes of certain degree of a resting muscel bundle. The average of sarcomere lengthes in natural length of the muscle bundle was 2.2 [μm]. And we made certain that the longer the muscle bundle length is, the longer the average of sarcomere lengthes is.
