Abstract(in English) Communication networks have realized a new type of education/learning without time or distance problems. Through IP network we have constructed a new education/learning environment based on H.323 International Standard, which makes multimedia communication possible in multipoint configuration. This network is a distance education research environment for the next generation with distinctive functions such as multipoint distance collaboration system, asynchronous VOD, and development, accumulation, distribution, and sharing of the education contents.
