| Abstract(in English) | The fixed tariff scheme of pricing, which is usually charged in the Internet at present, is not suitable for network resource availability, especially for QoS guaranteed services in the near future. This paper denotes it is reasonable to change network tariff dynamically according to all over network usage from that point of view. We also describes a network architecture to fulfill this scheme and necessity of growing this network architecture to the QoS market. |
