Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This report presents results of and experiment in which multiple video and voice streams transmitted over a network are synchronized and output in distributed virtual environments. We propose and adaptive QoS control scheme for video traffic. According to the importance of each media object, CPU load and network load, the scheme can display a CG object instead of a less important video object and adjusts the renewal rate of virtual space and video resolution. In addition, the report quantitatively examines the influence of the control on the performance.
