| Abstract(in English) | Various services including mission critical application start to be used on the IP network. But, controlling mechanism of IP network is Best effort and it is insufficient in this. This paper describes policy base network (PBN) which controls and operates untidily the network by a series of rule which is called "Policy". This paper discusses the PBN architecture and functions and also shows the mechanism of policy creation and an evaluation of policy creation to the dynamic bandwidth control application. |
