Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper aims to make students acquire new knowledge through group discussion and give them a chance to reflect their own way of thinking. In order to realize the aim a support method by multi-agent and a method of externalizing discussion structure are proposed: four models used for grasping the understanding levels of all students, two kinds of agents supporting both students' comprehension and progress of discussion, and an interface with externalizing student discussion are proposed. By prepareing the externalizing interface, it is possible to show schematically contents of students' statements, so as to lighten their cognitive burdens and achieve smooth discussion. Furthermore both human students and software agents can share common cognition.
