Abstract(in English) We have proposed an animation image coding method. Animation images are decomposed into three regions which are homogeneous color region, outline and texture region. However, we had had two problems at experiment. One is false extraction of homogeneous color region, and the other is double line detection. This paper proposes improved homogeneous color region extraction and double line cancellation.
