Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We can recover deleted spectrum by the characteristic of Hermitian symmetry, when a Single Side Band (SSB) technique is applied to a real time function. We focus that the information of pulse positions in Pulse Position Modulation (PPM) has a sinusoidal form in frequency axis, and propose the method to recover the deleted spectrum. In the method, we copy the frequency spectrum of received information to the deleted spectrum part for restoration. We examine the envelope detection PPM with 1/2 or 1/4 signal bandwidth, and show the error probability and powerloss due to the bandwidth limitation.
