Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As for the mobile communication with LEO satellites, visible and shadowing situations are varied frequently because both satellites and land mobile stations move continuously. We in vestigate packet loss probabilities affected by both shadowing and multipass fading through some field experiments. Perspective duration distributions, shadowing duration distributions and emergent probabilities of small obstacles (trees, poles and signs) are shown at several elevation angles and directions respectively. We estimate optimal repeat number, transmission interval using repeat transmission method as data transmission method reduce shadowing, fading influence. And we study proper data transmission schemes based upon ARQ into trsnsmit restriction during shadowing, examine ACK transmission method as well.
