Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have measured the voltage dependence of electron emission from a Superconducting Nb Emitter. The tunneling probability of electrons from superconducting states shows different voltage dependence from that based on Fowler-Nordheim theory. The similar difference in tunneling probability between normal states and superconducting states was detected in the measurement of total emission current. In the present experiment, no Boersch effect was found within the accuracy of ± 2 me V in the total emission current from 10^<-9> A to 10^<-7> A.
