Abstract(in English) A computer-aided design software for multi-stage power amplifiers using source-pull & load-pull data and S-parameters has been developed It can calculate small-signal and large-signal characteristics such as gain, power, efficiency, distortion, stability factor, etc. of multi-stage power amplifiers by using source-pull & load-pull data comprised of a set of input and output reflection coefficients, and transfer characteristics. The maximum gain, power, efficiency, and the minimum distortion of SSPAs can be also calculated. In addition, based on these results, the optimum circuit topology and circuit element values for achieving the maximum gain, power, efficiency, and the minimum distortion can be obtained In this report, the calculation method and its application are described.
