| 抄録(和) | 本報告では,肝硬変組織構造とBモード画像の関係について検討した。まず,肝病変組織の音響特性の計測を行った結果,正常組織と病変組織の音響特性の違いが確認できた。これらの結果は,これまで得られた線維組織,壊死組織の音響特性の結果と一致した。さらに,肝硬変の進行に伴う肝小葉構造の破壊と再生による散乱体の構造変化を表現する方法を考案し,段階的なシミュレーション画像を作成した。そして既に提案した超音波断層画像による定量診断手法に適用した結果,実際の画像同様の傾向が確認でき,定量診断への有効性が明らかとなった。また,同時濃度生起行列の検討から病変進行に伴う画像情報についての知見を得ることができた。 |
| 抄録(英) | In thisb paper, we present the relationship between the tissue structure of cirrhotic liver and ultrasonic B-mode image. Using the measurement results of the acoustical structures of the normal and cirrhotic liver, we propose the new modeling technique for the the change of the scatterer distribution on liver tissue considering the liver lobule structure. Using this model, the computer simulations are perfomed. The change of image followed by the change of tissue structure is discussed using the statistical characteristics and cooccurrence matrix. The features of calculated cirrhosis images agree well with the features of actual clinical cirrhosis image. |
