Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we report design of PCA chip, which is a LSI chip to realize Plastic Cell Architecture (PCA). PCA is a dynamically reconfigurable computer architecture based on the logic device that has both reconfigurable part and built-in function of its configuration. On PCA device, function and its reconfiguration is realized by object and message. We describe reconfiguration mechanism and its asynchronous design methodorogy of PCA chip.
