Modified Parts Count Method Deriving Presice Predicted Values Based on Part Stress Analysis

Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a modified Parts Count Method of MIL-HDBK-217 which derives more precise reliability prediction values by introducing temperature stress factor and electrical stress factor into the failure rate model. It provides conversion tables of the π factor.
