Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Fault tree analysis (FTA) is generally accepted as an efficient method for analyzing system failures. A probabilistic model for analyzing the sequential failure logic and equation with multiple integration were presented for a single minimal cut AND structure. The present paper demonstrates how to estimate the statistically expected number of occurrences of the top event per unit time at time t, ω_ (t), by use of the multiple integration method and software Mathematica for the cases where inputs have different failure and repair rates.
