Abstract(in English) | As a commercial product placed specific gravity in the corrective reliability techniques such as failure analysis in the past, nowadays the forecasting and preventive reliability techniques to respond to the customer's request of a speed, cheapness and performance have been regarded as important. The reliability assessment is to assess influences about the reliability of a product synthetically over its life cycle at the source of its production process. It argued about the reliability assessment techniques being suitable for the commercial product. Next, the reliability of "service" being an intangible product is proposed, and the reliability assessment for service is also discussed. Finally, it described that the synergy effect could be expected by cooperating with the risk assessment for product safety. |
