Abstract(in English) | We developed very efficient on-board power supply with input DC48V and output DC2V/20A, using BHB (Boost Half Bridge) power supply, which we have reported. After reviewing the basic circuit behavior of BHB power supply, we clarify relations between the circuit parameters and behavior which are important to the circuit design. Then we introduce the performance characteristics of BHB power supply with the size of 70.75mm×50.5mm×8.5mm and the efficiency of 91.8% at input DC48V and output 2V/20A. |
