Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a novel method for keywording images. To this end, wavelet-based signatures are computed for regions which is obtained by sliding windows of varying locations and sizes, and then correlation between keywords and wavelet-based signatures among images are computed. Keywording can be performed by extracting and comparing wavelet-based signatures obtained from non-keyworded images by the same way. This method can recognize objects of various sizes and locations utilizing sliding windows.
