Abstract(in English) | This paper presents a Ka-band high-isolation lowpass filter using the LTCC multilayer substrate. Low loss and steeper attenuation characteristics with attenuation poles near the passband have been obtained using longer coupled lines and semi-lumped elements in cooperation with a novel design technique. In the Ka-band, a fabricated small-sized lowpass filter with dimensions 2mm×3mm×0.4mm has performed the 50dB isolation near the passband. |
