Abstract(in English) An ultra broad band reflection type phase shifter using series and parallel resonant circuits is described. It consists of series resonant circuit and parallel one switched by a switching element. Parameters of resonant circuit elements are decided for achieving broad band phase shift, and especially we find that only a 180° phase shift must be obtained independent of band of frequencies. A 180° bit phase shifter is fabricated with FETs as a switching element and have a flat phase shift versus frequency characteristics.
