Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When an electron wave with a finite coherence time is incident on the superlattice structure, its electron transmission wave in the temporal region is investigated as a function of the periodic potential depth, effective mass, medium length, and detuning from the Bragg wavenumber. It is found that the transmission electron wave depends strongly not only on the relation between coherence length and medium length but also on the coupling quantity. It is revealed that the periodic potential depth is important to control the oscillation period of the electron transmission wave among several physical parameters. Furthermore, numerical examples for the GaAs/Ga_<1-x>Al_xAs superlattice are presented to know its typical values.
