| 抄録(和) | 建築物に使用される鉄筋や鉄骨は搬送時や製造時に強磁界中に置かれると、磁化されることがある。これらの構造材料から発生する残留磁界により、CRTの色ずれ障害が引き起こされる。構造材料の残留磁界に起因した色ずれ障害を防止することを目的として、交番磁界を用いた消磁方法を開発した。スタジオ施設において、建造物の床を対象とした消磁法を試み、CRTの色ずれ障害を防止することができた。 |
| 抄録(英) | The reinforced steel bar and the steel frame are commonly used structural materials for the architectural building and also known as ferromagnetic materials. When they are exposed in the strong magnetic field in the process of production, transportation and so on, it is found that they are sometimes magnetized. The magnetic field generated from these materials causes discoloration of the CRT for the TV-set. In order to prevent this phenomenon, we have investigated the degaussing method for the structural materials using alternative magnetic field. The method proposed in this paper was applied to the floor of the movie studio, and proved to be enough effective to prevent discoloration of the CRT. |
