| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, a subclass of nonlinear filter: Extended-Dimensional Threshold(EDT)Filtering will be proposed and some properties of it will be investigated. While the EDT filter is composed of only one linear FIR filter and one threshold operation, it contains several median type nonlinear filters as subclass. Furthermore, it may contain linear FIR filter as it is without exchanging average operation for median operation. |
