Several Proposals on A Public-Key Cryptosystem and The Application

Abstract(in English) Recently we proposed a new public key cryptosystem, referred to as Home Page cryptosystem(HP cryptosystem)where each entity can freely choose a random set of public keys among overwhelming amount of combinations of public keys. In this paper, we present two methods for realizing the HP cryptosystem. We first present a class of HP cryptosystem based on finite field along with HP cryptosystem based on error correcting codes. We show that on proposed schemes realize fast encryption and description. We discuss an application of the proposed HP cryptosystems, a signature scheme, referred to as electronic handwriting.
