| Abstract(in English) | Movement of standardization for specification of distance learning systems has come up recently as the deployment of distance learning systems. Several organizations seem to be working on standardization simultaneously. This paper describes the movements as a step of our distance learning project IDLE. This paper then explains the draft standards of IEEE as one of the standardizing works. Issues to discuss that are not dealt in the IEEE drafts are also given. |
