Abstract(in English) | This report describes elucidations of conditions for interference observations, device designs and numerical simulations of electron interference for the solid-state biprism devices.The solid-state biprism is solid-state version of vacuum biprism that have been realized, and is also proposed as a test ground for electron interference observation and a new conceptual device.Toward realization of the device, we design semiconductor device structures and that interference pattern with pitch of 86 nm and visibility of 0.6 can be realized with electron energy of 20 meV, transverse energy spread 0.3 meV and operation temperature of 4K. |
