Abstract(in English) This paper describes an outline of Digital Terrestrial Broadcasting system in Japan using Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) as a modulation method. OFDM is a key technology for digital terrestrial broadcasting as well as MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group)-2 for picture and audio signal source coding, since it has robustness against multipath and can be used under Single Frequency Network(SFN).
