Abstract(in English) | A bias-free access point module was developed for a fiber radio downlink. The module consists of a uni-traveling-carrier photodiode, an antenna, and a single-mode fiber as an input interface. The maximum output power is 1.4 dBm at a 5.8-GHz carrier frequency without any electric power supply. The module is only 5x2x1 cm. |
