Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The controllable class E synchronous rectifier based on class E zero-voltage switching rectifier is presented, analyzed and experimentally verified. This rectifier is derived from a class E low dv / dt rectifier by replacing a diode with a controllable switch(MOSFET and its anti-parallel Diode). The input of rectifier is driven by a fixed frequency current source, and the output is rectified and regulated by vary the conduction time of the controllable switch. This rectifier is suitable to using with series resonant dc-to-ac inverter in the high frequency multiple output isolated dc-to-dc converters and controlled by PWM method. The experimental results measured at switching frequency 1 MHz were good agreement with the theoretical prediction.
