| 抄録(和) | 分散環境上の情報資源に関する要件のひとつとして、その利用者や管理者の様々な目的/用途に応じたそれらの効果的活用の促進が挙げられる。現在、WWWや情報検索エンジンなどが提供・利用されているが、膨大な分散情報資源の中から適切な対象を抽出・選択し、目的/用途に応じた加工や処理を施し、実際の活用に至るまでの負担を軽減することは容易ではなく、その過程を支援する効果的な手段の提供が課題となっている。本稿では、分散環境上での様々な情報資源の利用/再利用を支援する手法を提案する。その特徴は、情報資源の内容や利用処理などに関する知識を当該情報資源と共に管理し、当該情報資源への利用/再利用要求に対して情報資源自身が能動的に動作・対応することにある。本稿では、同機構を備えた情報資源を能動的情報資源と呼び、エージェント指向コンピューティング技術に基づく能動的情報資源の設計技法について議論する。 |
| 抄録(英) | An essential factor of various information resources over the distributed environment is that users and creators can effectively access and utilize information resources based on their purposes. Although various technologies such as WWW and IR-engines, have been provided for and utilized by users, it's not easy to reduce burden of users to extract and select suitable information resources, manipulate and process them based on users' purpose, and utilize them in practice. It remains as one of important problems to provide an effective support facility for users. Hence, a method to use/reuse the distributed information resource is proposed in this paper. A feature of the proposed method is that knowledge of both contents and utilization processing of an information resource is managed together with the information resource in order to deal with the users' requests regarding use/reuse of information resource in an active and automatic manner. An information resource with the proposed mechanism is called an Active Information Resource (AIR) in this paper, and the design techniques of AIR based on agent-based computing technology are discussed in this paper. |
