| 抄録(和) | 動画像を用いた顔画像認識システムにおいて、経時変化に対応するための個人辞書の更新法についての検討を行う。個人顔辞書は時間経過とともに、その認識性能が落ちる傾向にあるため、実用上は辞書を更新することが必要である。本研究では、まず数ヵ月に渡る顔データを収集し、現有の顔認識法について、経時変化の影響を確認する。次に高い認識性能を保つための辞書更新として、逐次的なデータの追加や、過去のデータの削除、辞書間の競合学習についての検討を行い、これらの実験結果について報告する。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper describes a method of updating face dictionary in a face recognition system using an image sequence. Update of face dictionary is necessary for personal identification to alleviiate the influence of temporal facial clange, since the performance of recognition gradually declines for the reasons such as aging or changes in hair style. We have first collected numerous data during several months and evaluated the infltuence of temporal facial change on the system. In order to keep the high recognition performance, we have examinned methods of updating the dictionary, including addition of new face data, deletion of the old ones, and application of reinforced learning. The effectiveness of these dictionary updates is shown through the expental results. |
